Career HistoryLucillia began her career at Horizon Middle School in Kissimmee Florida, where she taught reading and Language Arts for 3 years. She has also taught College Reading at Valencia College for 3 years. Currently she works as a Department Chair and 7th grade Intensive Reading teacher at Orange County Public Schools. Lucillia strongly believes that "academic success begins with skillful reading and skillful reading stems from the appreciation and practice of reading."
